Who can enter?

Any Australian resident over the age of 13 years can enter. If you’re under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to enter.

How do I claim a lunch bag?

Follow the prompts from the home page to log in and start designing your lunch bag. In following these steps, you will create an account so you can design your lunch bag and either save to come back later, or simply check out and place your order. When you place your order, you will be asked to confirm your postal address and provide payment details to cover postage costs.

What do I need to claim?

If you are under the age of 18, it’s always best to have Mum or Dad look over your design and help you fix up payment of postage and handling. You’ll need to provide 2 product barcodes from a qualifying purchase, as well as a valid form of identification if requested by Bega.

What are the dates of the promotion?

The promotional offer period runs from 12.01am (AEDST) on 09/01/2023 and ends at 11.59pm (AEDST) on 19/02/2023.

What is the RRP value of the lunch bag?

Each lunch bag has a value of $15.

How many lunch bags are able to be claimed?

We have allocated a maximum of 270 lunch bags to be given away daily – you can keep track of how many are left daily via the counter found on the website. You can claim up to 4 lunch bags per household during the promotion period.

What happens if I miss out on a lunch bag from the 270 daily allocation?

Don’t worry! You can still create your profile, save your design and then log in the next day to order your personalised design! Easy as 1, 2, 3!

I need help to design my lunch bag.

While we have endeavoured to ensure the design process is as straightforward as possible, we have also listed some simple instructions on the page to help.

I have made a mistake and I have ordered my lunch bag but want to change the design! 

Unfortunately, when you hit order, there is nothing we can do to change your design. Please ensure you review your design before placing the order and ensure it is the correct design.

I would like to design my lunch bag and come back later to purchase it.

This is absolutely fine. We recommend you create your profile HERE, which will mean you can save your design and always come back to it for the duration of the promotion.

Will my name be printed automatically onto my lunch bag?

No, your design is unique! If you wish to put your name onto your design, you can do this via adding text to your design. We will only print what you supply. So, make sure you are happy before submitting your design.

Can I start my design all over again?

Yes, you can! You can create as many designs as you want.

Can I upload my own photo or design?

Yes! You can simply upload a picture of your own artwork when choosing your background for your lunch bag design.

Is there anything to be aware of when uploading my image?

Just remember the higher the resolution the better the print will be. The image must not exceed 10MB. The recommended image size is over 1MB. If your image does not have a high enough resolution please note that the printing quality may be affected. Some colour variation may occur when printed onto your bottle.

Can I print the same lunch bag design twice?

You sure can. All saved designs can be found within your unique home page, you’ll just need to purchase another two Bega participating products in one transaction and pay $5 for postage and handling for each drink bottle claim.

How big is the lunch bag?

The lunch bag size is: 22cm x 15.5cm x 6.8cm.

How many lunch bags can I design and order?

To ensure everyone who would like a lunch bag gets the opportunity to order one, a limit of 4 lunch bags per household applies. To find out more on this, please consult our T&Cs found HERE.


Which products can I purchase to make an eligible claim of a lunch bag?

You can purchase any Bega Natural Cheese Slices, Stringers or Sticks products. Full list below.

For the avoidance of doubt, Qualifying Purchase products do not need to be specially marked.

Do I need to purchase specially marked packs to make an eligible claim of a lunch bag?

No, you simply have to purchase ANY 2 Bega Natural Cheese Slices, Stringers or Sticks products during the promotional period to be able to claim a lunch bag. We will have promotional packs in stores to let everyone know about the promotion, but it is NOT a requirement for this promotion.

Where can I purchase participating Bega products? 

Participating Bega products can be purchased from all major retailers. This is inclusive of any online shopping orders that are placed. Product range may vary from store-to-store. Ensure you keep those receipts!

Where is the product barcode located?

The barcode is located on the back of your Bega product and you will need to enter the final FOUR digits underneath the barcode.

Why do I need to retain my proof of purchase?

As per our T&Cs, claimants must retain their original Eligible Purchase receipt to verify each claim. If required, Bega or their affiliated agency may request to see your receipt of purchase as well as a valid form of identification.


Why do I have to pay to receive my free lunch bag?

While the lunch bag itself will be entirely gifted, the cost of postage and handling of $5 will be a cost to the consumer.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery cost is $5 per lunch bag to any location in Australia.


When can I expect to receive my order?

In most cases, you can expect to receive your lunch bag within 30 working days from the time that you have ordered it. Shipping times and delivery might be impacted by COVID-19. You will receive a dispatch notification, once your order has left the warehouse to keep you updated on the delivery timings for your order.

Do you deliver to all of Australia?

We deliver Australia-wide. However, we unfortunately do not deliver outside of Australia.

What happens after my order is placed?

Before your lunch bag goes to print, it will be checked by our team to ensure your design contains no inappropriate content. If there are no issues with your design, you will receive an email confirming when your order is on its way to you.

If your design is flagged as inappropriate, you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been cancelled. We will give you the option to re-design your order or you can respond back to the email requesting a refund of the $5 postage and handling fee. If you choose to re-design your lunch bag we ask that you please ensure it meets our Terms and Conditions. They can be found HERE.
